GOOD SLEEP

What would you say if I tell you that this is the most important skill in life. During sleep, thousands of processes take place in our body and mind helping us to restore, replenish, recover . It is difficult to overestimate the importance of good sleep. With age our sleep worsens, especially its deep sleep phase. How well do you sleep? What do you do to sleep well?

RELAXATION

Our habitual day is very intense: work, household and family errands, you name it, which drain us. Any type of relaxation: meditation (body scan meditation, breathing meditation, yoga nidra, etc), massage, or just a nap on the coach will help to fill up the energy throughout the day. What is your habitual way to relax?

PHYSICAL EXERCISES 

Just like sleep, physical exercises help not only the body to stay in good shape but also affect our mind. Working out 3 times a week, walking every day, living an active life has an overall impact on us and our environment.

HEALTHY EATING

I don’t think that staying on a diet for a certain period of time and then going back to habitual food is a solution. It’s a stress for the body. The other reason to make healthy eating a way of living is that researchers already proved that our microbiome affects not only our physical body but also our brain.

Enneagram is an efficient tool for self-growth that shows unhealthy mental and behavioral patterns and also the shortest path to liberation from these patterns. By breaking old habits and forming new healthy ones, we are able to transform our lives on a fundamental level.
